Unapologetically Bold
As a non-coffee drinker, I have sampled a lot of coffee shop chai, which often results in what I like to call:
"chai-ers" remorse
A deep regret brought on by the lack of flavor and over abundance of sugar in most brands on the market.
Leading to questions like, "why do I keep ordering it?" "isn't this the definition if insanity?"
Eventually, I decided to try my hand at my own concoction. What resulted was an instant spicy chai with a kick of flavor and the right amount of sweetness to satisfy my palate.
And it turns out, other people liked it, too.
Thus, Big Sky Chai was born.
